Very nice, allthough the one bird in the middle would have been just fine by itself. Compositionwise, really, it would have made a very original and catchy piece like that. Also, it looks as if the bird on the left was painted in later, or from separate reference, it doesn't blend in as well as the other.
All in all, still very nice.

PS For anyone working with acylics, a sponge is a great tool for doing rust.
